Hall of Famers

The Somers Education Foundation has been privileged each year to honor individuals who have distinguished themselves in ways that have positively impacted the children of the Somers Central School District. They are teachers and staff members, community leaders, and business leaders. They have made a difference. Honorees are nominated by multiple sources, then are voted on and approved by the Trustees of the SEF. They are formally inducted at the SEF’s annual Gala Dinner.

The Somers Education Foundation (SEF), established in 1994, is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization comprised of parents, school representatives and community members. SEF supports Somers schools by raising funds for specific student and teacher-initiated projects that enrich the educational experience and are not funded by the district’s budget.
